In this chapter, you will learn how to activate and deactivate an Enterprise license.
Once an enterprise license has been activated, any user with this license can log in using their credentials and utilize it.
To use an enterprise license, you need the following information:
- A valid enterprise license for SoundBase

A unique assignment of your used workstation, which consists of the app abbreviation, your hardware ID, and your serial number (automatically read).
To activate an enterprise license:
- Navigate to the SoundBase login screen.

Click on Enterprise Accounts below the login information.
A new window will appear with an automatically read Machine ID and an input field for the license.
- Enter a valid enterprise license and click on Save.
You can easily copy the license from the Enterprise License Manager.
- The license server checks whether the license is valid and can be used.
The license has been successfully activated. The status message will be displayed in the bottom right corner and the version designation will change to SoundBase Pro Enterprise.
Now you can log in to SoundBase Pro with your credentials Initializing user-based license.
