You can lock the project to prevent changes to active inclusions and exclusions, which would invalidate your pending calculated frequencies.
Admin users can forcefully unlock collaborators, while editors can only request an unlock. These requests include an automatic timeout in case a collaborator leaves their computer unattended.
To lock collaborator access to your project:

In the site bar of the Project management area, click the
Lock button.The project has been locked. Collaborators cannot perform any activities inside the project.
To unlock collaborator access to your project:

click the
[lock] button.The project has been unlocked for collaborators.
The project has been locked/unlocked.
