SoundBase is designed to enhance and speed up communication within your team, regardless of whether you're working on the same page or across different time zones.

• Real-time collaboration

  SoundBase allows an unlimited number of users to edit the same page simultaneously. You can see where others are working on the page through their profile photos, and any edits or comments they make will appear instantly.

• Sharing and access management

  You can invite users to SoundBase by entering their email details. By default, they are given editor access to the current site and no access to other sites. However, you can modify their access rights to all project sites, assign them as an Admin, or remove them from the project entirely.

• User-specific access settings

  By clicking the arrow next to a user's name, you can see their project-wide sharing status. From here, you can add or remove that user from sites as per the project requirements.
